When equipped with the AluClip Pro and proEnergyTec upgrade technologies, the modern window system shows a thermal insulation value Uf of 0.93 W / (m²K), meeting the high energy-saving requirements of passive houses. With thermal insulation glazing of 44 mm and TGI spacer – Ug = 0.6 W / (m²K) – Uw value is 0.79 W / (m²K). However, the KÖMMERLING 76 with AluClip Pro and proEnergyTec can offer much more.
KÖMMERLING 76 AluClip Pro gives you the best of both worlds: aluminum and PVC-U in one innovative system. Aluminum represents convincing elegance, the best weather resistance, high stability and a wide range of colors. In addition to functional reliability, PVC-U provides optimal thermal and sound insulation. Another advantage – the functional aluminum profile takes over the load-bearing functions, so no steel reinforcements are needed.
The armature chambers in the wing and frame are filled with proEnergyTec foam. A combination with steel wing reinforcements and proEnergyTec in the frame is also possible. This technology achieves the highest thermal insulation values and can later be easily recycled. The values are so good that the KÖMMERLING 76 with AluClip Pro and proEnergyTec meets the requirements of a passive house.
